Open to Beginner students or anyone wanting to refine and deepen his/her practice.
This course is a great introduction to Yoga. Explore the basics of yoga not always addressed in every yoga class.
You'll learn about:

- Proper Breathing Techniques
- Creating Greater Body/Mind Awareness

The specifics that you learn will allow you to practice more effectively and safely which therefore allows you to practice with greater enjoyment. Although yoga is about the journey, you'll find that after the course, you'll progress faster (more deeply) in your practice and with more connection than you would have without the course. And you'll have the opportunity to build your foundational strength as you learn. It's a great overall course and a comfortable place to start.
